I understand your pain. My husband of 54 years, passed away in January. You have made a beautiful quilt. It is so wonderful to have this craft/art. It helps take our minds off our sadness.

So sorry for your loss. Love you quilt and quilting. It is beautiful! Your furball reminds me of our old Gingerkat. She was a bit teched in the head, had balance problems--couldn't jump to save her life--and followed me around the yard like a dog.

So sorry to hear of your husband's passing. Hopefully, time will heal a bit but he will still be in your heart and I am sure you made great memories together. Beautiful quilt and glad you finished it. Sewing and quilting seem to help keep us a little calmer ( I feel anyway). Would you please share the name of the pattern you used? I would love to make a quilt like this. Thanking you in advance.

Those are my colors so of course, I like it. Did you do the quilting yourself on a longarm or was it done on a DSM? It sure is pretty.......
