    I was just thinking about you the other day, so glad to hear you are doing well! I love your quilt, and the purples look fantastic. `PIF's are so healing to the soul, just as friends are. Good work!

    congratulations on your moving forward after the losses...I can deal with the "stuff," even stuff that was family hand-me-downs, but it's hard loosing four-legged family. This is a very pretty quilt.

    Thank you all very, very much for your comments. The pattern is called "China Girl". I believe it is a Fons and Porter...will try to find which issue. The girl I gave it to is blind. She had me describe it to her. I did my best. She was thrilled. We both cried. It was a moment I will never forget. I'll see if I can send a picture of the day I gave it to her.

    I found the pattern to "China Girl" in Jan/Feb 2011 issue of Fons and Porter
    I am soooo frustrated...Yesterday it took me over 90 minutes to be able to send the first picture I sent. Now I can't get anything to send. It still tells Upload has failed. I could and am screaming
    !!!
