    Another great idea for YoYos. I love making them the old fashion way. I have never bothered to buy the YoYo templates and I do just as well with them. Makes for a nice gift for someone who likes those little home made crafts as X-Mas.

    I have one extra large Clover yo-yo maker, 1 large Clover yo-yo maker and one small Clover yo-yo maker. If you don't have that, then the my cardboard circles should be (1) 4 1/2 inches in diameter, (1) 3 1/2 inch and (1) 2 1/4 inch circle. The size of the circles do not include 1/4 inch seam allowance. Add 1/4 seam to all circles when cutting.

    I always made the yo yo's the old fashioned way and then I did buy a yo yo maker. I still make them the old fashioned way

    Carol, I make my yo yo's like you do, my grandmother taught me how to when I was 7 years old. Love it.
