How wonderful all of you can enjoy both the work and each other. What beautiful memories this must make.

Final note to this post, The two quilts have been delivered to their new owners. First Aunt was moved to tears, saying how pleased she was to nieces that thought so much of her. the second one, unfortunately, can no longer communicate with us due to severe Alzheimer, but her family has let us know how pleased she appears to be, and how pleased they are that we created and sent this to her. Now to plan quilts for the next three recipients.

Once again, thank you for all your kind comments. We do know how lucky we are to have each other, and to be able to visit like this and share each others likes and interests. Busy getting ready for the fall get together.

Families are so wonderful and any time spent together is such a blessing....my girls are not interested in sewing but both of them are very crafty, and my mom never got into the sewing thing either so it's just me doing this, but my girls and I do a lot of things together anyway....but I'm still making them things lol

It all looks very familiar to me! I have been fortunate in so many ways, first I have a very understanding husband. I have a quilt studio but it was set up for just one person, two if you are good friends. My husband has taken the living room and combined it with the dining room, we purchased big Costco tables, 6 foot ones, 5 of them, 10 folding chairs and now my old living room is the sew day/class room! What a guy! It is official now, literally half my whole house it dedicated to quilting/sewing! I would have LOVED being part of this group, there is nothing more fun, nor productive, than getting together with other women and sewing the day away! Thanks for posting the pics! Michelle
