Both are beautiful... but I would lean toward the pink.

I love them both but the purple seems to make it more vibrant and the pink makes it more pastelie to me. So it is just a matter of which look you are drawn more to.

I would vote for the purple!!

This is a tough one! They are both beautiful! Purple is my favorite color: but for some reason the pink center pops for me!
Which ever you choose is going to be wonderful!

I like the purple. I think even with a light border the purple draws the eye to the star which after all is the star of the quilt. But I am not an experienced quilter as the rest of the ladies on the board. I like them both but purple is my favorite. I respect your talent. I don't think I could do that. I made a quilt that had to be put togehter on the diagonal and it like to drove my brain crazy. I am left handed and I became close friends with my seam ripper before I got it finished. LOL
