I like a couple of authors who started writing in the 20s. Emilie Loring is my favorite, she wrote 50 novels and I have read them so many times that the characters are like old friends.

Karen Kingsbury and Francine Rivers. Great authors. Their books always make me cry!!!!
Janet Evanovich and Jodi Piccoult
Antoinette Stockenberg. She writes mystery romance. I am actually her friend on facebook and she emails me when something new is coming out. I have all of her books. :) I read Nora Roberts and Katie McAllister too. ;) Happy Reading!
