Super Pod of Orcas

A super pod of Orcas was seen not too far from where I live. Over 80 Killer Whales were travelling through Active Pass between Galiano and Maine Islands off the coast of BC.

It is very rare for so many whales to be together at one time.

My dad lives just around the corner from where the whales were seen.

I've never seen the Orcas doing this...but I've seen dolphins playing off the coast here in SC and it's an absolutely beautiful thing to see....thank you so much!

I have always wanted to go Whale Watching.
If I ever do, I hope this happens.

That was great! We went whale watching and had a few playing together. Under the boat and around from front to back, never reall knew where they would show up. It was fun.
