Default Hand-quilting forum?

on the old format, I had a section for threads on hand-quilting. Can we have one of those here? or do I need to subscribe to something?

those are still there ... sort of. when you inside a thread, waaaaaaaaaaaaaay down near the end of the page, you will see a link that says "View Tag Cloud". when you click on that, you will see the list of what used to be called the User Defined Topic List, along with some miscellaneous words and phrases called "Tags".

to see the "Tag Cloud" http://www.quiltingboard.com/tags/

If you want to "tag" a topic/thread so it appears on one of the User Defined lists (or if you want to use one of the other tags) you click on the blue "Ad/Edit" tags. If you type in the Tag you want to use, the topic will be added to the list of all of those that were also "tagged" with it.

It isn't as easy or convenient to use as the "Add to Topic List" option was. There are more steps to remember; sometimes I find myself going back and forth between the topic and the Tag Cloud so I can find the one I want, copy it, and then paste it into the Add Tags box. (like i said ... lots of steps).

Another downside is that you can only select from Tags that have been created by an Admin (me).

Bottom line ... I will be very happy to "tag" any topic for you if you send me a link, tell me which list(s) you want it added to, or if you want to suggest a new Tag for it.
