I have read the help page and it refers to an icon that resembles a house with a tree in it, I cannot find the icon.

Do you see the 'Quick Reply' box? There is a command bar where you can edit - Bold, Italics, etc. to the right of this there are two icons that look like the world. The picture icon is on the right of those.

go to Settings
General Settings
scroll down and make sure your editor is set to WYSIWYG.

I am using Apple iPad would that be different?

Just checking - no. When you press the the little tree icon the options come up as 'Take Photo or Video' or 'Choose Existing'. If you then select 'Choose Existing', your photo folders should come up - 'Camera Roll', 'My Photo Stream' etc and just select the one you want. Good luck!

I Definately do not have the icon needed to post pics so sadly will be unable to post.

I've taken a screen shot for you from my iPad. Can you see the little icon? It's third from the right.
