I agree with jillmc. I have used an Ipad for several years and have never had this issue on any other site. I also have a laptop and have begun using that on this site. Seems to be ok at this point.

Why can't it originate from the board? It sounds dismissive to me, especially the part about a "real computer." I have this issue ONLY on the Ipad and only on QB (on every one of its forms.) Please reconsider or ask an expert. It's making reading the board impossible.

I logged in from my daughter’s iPad, and it popped up again. So it isn’t a virus on my iPad. Again, only happens when I’m logged in on QB.

Same problem here, both with the pop up and with the keyboard. Also the board keeps reloading, it is not happening with any other website, only QB

but it also only happens on iPads ... and only on specific iPads.
that means it is not a problem that originates within the QB.

i will consult tech support to see if they have any suggestions but it is definitely not a QB issue.

which browser(s) are you using when this happens?
i ask because the only time i ever experienced anything similar - about a year ago - it was specifically when using google chrome; and only via facebook; and only sometimes if i clicked on a link to something else such as an advertisement or news feed.

i have never had a problem using firefox.
can't say about internet explorer or the new version of that since i never use either one for anything.

I'm getting the exact same pop up as pictured above..only on my ipad w/safari browser, and only on QB. I'm also having the site dropped... "an error occurred and the site is being reloaded"--this over and over until in frustration, I shut down. Again, it has only occurred on QB. Last evening the site was dropped several times and message was ''error 404/url vstsl (I can't remember all the letters)...does not exist." As if I had tried to go to another site. After 4 times, I shut down.
I spoke w/ a friend at dinner about whether I could have malware or virus in Apple product...she said "absolutely--I just pd $150. to have virus removed from my MAC". So, now I don't know what to blame it on.

I have the same problem and I only use my laptop... and it's only when I am on QB. At first I thought I had a virus on my laptop but the fact that so many people are having the same issue, gets me thinking that my laptop is ok as I have no problem with any other site.... mysterious indeed!!!
