Default Posting pictures with new board format

Was hoping a tutorial on posting pictures from personal computer gallery can be provided if this feature is still available. I don't have URL's for images on my computer. Thank you!

use the paperclip to the right of the smiley which brings up manage attachments... which only appears on posting a new post, not here in Quick Reply. Choose your pic from your computer and scroll to the right to upload. If you want to post a pic in your reply, you have to go to GoAdvanced and the Paper Clip does appear to the right of the Smiley

I dug into the FAQ (link at the top of every page ... AKA Help)
I copied the instructions and added screen shots.
