Default Selling on QB

I read that someone thought that the selling of quilting items on QB has been suspended. Is that true or has no one listed anything for sale? For me, it takes days to get everything organized (photo, prices and postage) and I have not had the time to list. Thanks

i think a lot of people have started selling through one or more of the countless facebook groups that don't care how much people charge for their old, unwanted fabrics, used tools, etc.

qualified QB members who want to sell their old or excess fabrics, used tools, etc for fair prices and not for profit are still allowed to use the thrift shop.

After reading these posts I went to see....nothing listed.....usually at least piecemaker had a string of fabric for sale...and older posts, although locked are there...has something in format changed, or is it this iPad doing its own deletions!

I just joined one of the Yahoo Groups that has machines, kits and fabrics, accessories, etc. for sale....all quality and fair prices from what I can tell. Rules are set out for each to follow and seem to be straight forward. There is no obligation to join.....just use your search engine and look for Yahoo Groups.

I have not seen anything posted for some time now. I thought it was my settings. The Search is still working.

please remember that we are not a marketplace.
the thrift shop is not at all why we exist.
not even a small part of why we exist.

waaaaay back when we added it to the QB it was something unusual.
now there are bazillions of places for quilters to sell off their excess supplies.
it's possible we don't even need a thrift shop here anymore.
it is not a sign of disloyalty to our QB community to use those resources for either sale or purchase.
