Stuck In The Middle of a Thread
I am in the second Dear Jane group. I receive emails regularly announcing new additions to the thread. I have my settings at 20 posts per page. Now the problem. I can't get past page 11 or post 201. This is a recent problem, I have been able to go to more recent posts before. If I click on a link in my email to a recent post, it takes me to the thread, but it is page 11. There are currently 21 pages. I have tried to go one page at a time by clicking the little arrow. This works for a few pages but then it goes back to page 11. I have tried typing in page 21 in the "go to page ___" box. Again, it takes me to page 11. I have read page 11 numerous times and would like to move on. ☺ HELP!!

When somebody else posted something that sounded similar, PatriceJ posted the following, see if it helps you:
"when there are many, many pages of anything, the navigation bar will show only so many specific page numbers at one time. the range of page numbers displayed changes as you make your way through the pages. you can skip around by using the "Page # of #" drop-down list. Just type in the page number you want to skip to. lots of web sites work that way."

do i understand correctly? you have found that the "go to page" option isn't working for you in this thread?
is this the thread you're talking about?
http://www.quiltingboard.com/blocks-...n-t175669.html
do you have the problem in any other threads, or just this one?
just in case, i will ask tech support to investigate.

I have done the following: go the top bar where the back and forward arrows are at the upper left corner; look at the number grouping (like: 178848 above); but on page 2 or 12 or 88, these numbers will follow the 178848 or read 178848-11 (example). Simply change the number from 11 to 15 or whatever using delete or backspace and then typing in the desired page number. Hope this is clear and it works for you.
