Default Test iPhone camera post picture

This post tests how fast you can post a picture from iPhone using my instructions. Two minutes flat.

Instructions are posted in the QB Help Center under "Posting Pictures With An IPhone", page three, post number 26.

It is right side up on my iphone, but on my Kindle it is rotated 90 degrees to the left. The spring should be at the left of the picture, and the large screw should be at the bottom of the picture.

One way to make sure that things "always" (in theory) post the right way on a forum is to make sure that the phone is oriented the right way when taking the photo.

On an iPhone, etc - the home button should be to the right or to the bottom when you take the photo. If it's in the other 2 orientations, the photo will be upside down but may be corrected depending on where it's posted only IF where it's posted reads the "exif" information to find out the right orientation.

If it's photographed the right way to begin with, it should always be right side up - regardless of how smart the destination software is.

Android based cameras/phones will be similar but I don't have one here to test with to find out the proper orientations.

I have been able to get many photos right side up that were posted sideways or upside down. I right click on the picture, then click on "View image". Just like magic, the picture is right side up.

I did that just now on the next post: Shoemaker. It worked.

That picture is sideways. The fabric should be on the top.
When I right click on it, then click "view image", it comes up right side up.
