When posting a NEW Thread, the banner bars and there are three of them, click on the image icon which is on the second line, the thirteenth from the left, and it will bring up the box for you to browse your computer for the picture. Click on the picture you want to upload, then click open and it will upload the photo for you to attach to your post. Hope this helps some of you.

Some people are not seeing the icons on the buttons, and that's causing a problem for them. If you're one of those who aren't seeing the icons, which I was one of you until I upgraded to IE9, if you slide your mouse over the rows of buttons, the title of the buttons does pop up. Look for the word "image" while sliding your mouse over the buttons, and click that one to add a photo.
