Jmoore, blocks look great. Clever idea to combine two different BOMs to get a bigger quilt.

givio, I like both blocks. The neutral does emphasize the block design more because of contrast. But it’s nice to create some visual subtlety with two closer colors. LOL that was a wordy way of saying I like unpredictable sometimes.

I can't seem to find the March block yet this morning. Am I too anxious?

If someone can post a direct link, that would be helpful. Thanks!

This month's designer is QuiltJane. Looks like she hasn't posted it yet, tho. Check back later today.

DJ, I'm anticipating a new block pattern too. Yesterday I raced through "finishing" the 33x45 in laptop (missing borders, batting, and backing) so I could focus on the BOM. I couldnt upload the whole quilt but it was 495 rectangles!!

The block is up now. I have nothing among my pulled fabrics suitable for fussy cutting, so will have to try something else in the center.

Joe'smom, I agree with you. I had several really cute St Patricks Day prints and four leafed clovers. Guess I will have to rethink my selection too!

Yes, it's up. I am a little disappointed. It's more a lesson in fussy cutting than a block.

Not quite what I expected but will come up with something creative for the center. Look forward to seeing what others will do as well.
