KalamaQ, that is so beautiful with the touches of pink! What is the size of your tumblers?

I feel as though Bonnie is giving mixed signals again, first suggesting a light clue because of the holidays, and then mentioning not knowing when the next clue may come. So my guess is, another clue tomorrow.

I have plenty of neutral strings for my first quilt; I could either wait for the second quilt, or make thin alternating strings of my two yardage neutrals for a shimmery effect.

I'm looking forward to working on this clue. Right now I'm cutting up for a log cabin quilt and it needs 1" and 1.5" strips, and I've got a tote full of 1.5" and 2.5" strips. Should be able to cut what I need and have plenty of strings left for this. I love using up scraps!

Those are gorgeous, Sync! I think your quilt is going to be so striking.
I finished my clue #5s yesterday, just in time.

Good spotting joe's mom, I never read all the way thru her blog. I just see what we are making with that clue. I went back and read all the way thru. There is the tease at the bottom. Another one tomorrow would be awesome or at least one before New Year's Day.

.
the tumblers will finish at 2". Too cute to be legal.
I think Bonnie has so much on her plate with the Inn...better her than me ! She is still writing the clues just before posting so we could be going on for a long time, tiny little ones. Eek!

I don't know what to do with myself being caught up, new world. So we got in a few hours ago and started gutting the downstairs bath. In for a penny in for a pound.

Finished clue 6 today. I have a quilt top ready to layer and another one ready to quilt. So I have plenty to keep me busy until another clue comes along, whenever she posts it.

Got them done. I haven't removed the paper--with narrow strips like this I like to wait until I'm actually using them to avoid stretching. I love string piecing!
