Jeremiah will be fabulous. I'm really looking forward to some more progress photos. It looks like a lot of fun.

Works4Me - It must have taken you years to collect all of your Halloween fabrics. Just wondering when you purchase fabric for your stash without an idea of what you are going to use it for .. do you have a set yardage that you buy?

QuiltE - So How is Boo Peep.... oh wait.. not Halloween character.. LOL thats Lil Bo Peep doing? Has she rounded up any more of her sheep? Works4Me can you imagine a zombie Bo Peep rounding up skeleton sheep... . Sorry QuiltE had to tease ya!

My headless horseman wallhanging has not made it off the design table. What is in my head is not translating to pattern very well. So hubby will have to wait until next year for him... as I will have to continue to work on the idea. The candy corn witch just needs her binding and she will be ready to go for Halloween. I will most likely get that finished today while watching football on the TV.

Btiny36 - Looks like a Werewolf or Wolfman to me. What size squares are you going to be using?

Kuseta - "Jeremiah was a Bull Frog" so goes the song.. that rang in my head.. as I read your post on the drunkards path frog. LOL it all goes together so well. I also look forward to seeing your progress.

    Hey everyone,

I haven't forgotten you or this thread! My friend's baby boy, Lennox, was born on Wednesday and I'm currently at the hand-quilting stage and have been quilting away. Unfortunately I'm also taking a double load at the university so I mostly can only quilt on the weekends. I'm about half way finished though and will keep you posted!

Jenniky ... Bo is Boo-hoo-ing with the lack of progress. I did get some fabric probably for the backing, though of course, that just may change! I found a PP pattern for the lamb and have the original one I'd planned. I don't think either are right on sizing, and really need Peep made first and then may re-size what I have. As for the zombie look ... poor Lil Peep's Sheep would be racing away, for sure!

As for MrJenniky's wish ... keep it on the design wall and make NO progress ... while secretly stitching away when he's not around. Then surprise him with it for his Christmas or Birthday gift and you'll have him ever SO happy! We'll be looking forward to seeing your finished Witch ... and just in time for the hallowed night!

Then there's our friend W4Me ... she's like the elves in Santa's workshop right now ... ever-so-busy creating Halloweenville!! And if you really want to make her happy happy ... find her some TOT white/cream spider web fabric for the best Halloween project ever!!!

    Default Jeremiah, the frog quilt

Here's what I got done last weekend for Jeremiah, my frog quilt. I've decided to surround him with more lily pads, using coordinating fabrics. So now I'm working on cutting lots of 1/4 circle pieces with my Crazy Curves templates. I really enjoy sewing the drunkard's path blocks, but I don't like cutting them out, even with templates and my rotary cutter.
