Who would have thought of using those colors, but it so works. Kudos to you, mirabelle...

It is finished and it is huge, I haven't measured it but my bed is a queen and it hangs to the floor on both sides.

The five borders were a pain to do and lining up the seams on the mitered corners, well lets just say that there were 4 corners and about 12 seams hahaha

Absolutely Spectacular, MiraB ..... stunning indeed!!!!!!!
What a monster in size!
You should take great pride in it with all those y-seams and it laying flat.

I hope that your Patchwork Friends recognize how much work it was for you and show their appreciation, ten fold!

It'll be interesting to see how the LA'er quilts it.

WOW Mirabelle! Another beautiful quit from you!! I've always like that "bursting star" look.

DDs graduation party was this past weekend so I might have time to be checking in a bit more in the weeks to come. School is coming to a close, archery will slow down after Nationals. I even get to sew today (haven't done so since early-March).

Looking forward to seeing Laurie's new book (for those who did the Farmer's Wife quilts)...

Hope all are well.
