Since my husband came home saturday from a 2 week stay at the hospital I been really busy. But yesterday and today I was able to do my cow block. This one was fairly easy. Thank you ladies for the thoughts and prayers for my husband,. He is doing very well for being 81. Here is my picture of my cow.

Love your cow, she's darling and the fabric you used on the door is perfect. Just started working on my cow. Tom Turkey will have to wait.

Welcome home, Mary...so glad all is well with your husband. Your cow is fantastic... I still need to figure out what I'm going to do for this block.

I think I would have made the snout all one piece, instead of 2. The straight seam makes it look like it's frowning. Thanks Teen.

I don't think your cow is frowning, I think she's just plain old mad. LOL But I agree with you, if using the same fabric for the snout one piece instead of two would not be noticeable. Have all my fabric cut Except for the snout. Not sure if I should use 1 or 2 fabrics.

Yes he's getting feisty. That's a good sign right. I think my cow and Teens turkey were raised on the same farm and for some reason it made them mad. lol.
