Here's how far I am now. I'm a little ahead of the game-- I blame it on the squares! It was so easy to sew together the last pile of blue squares! The top is now in three long strips. I haven't mowed the grass so it didn't lay it flat, but you can get the idea of how it's going to look...

Bluebonnets, I like the pastel look you've achieved. It's really a nice sized quilt. I can see why some people who've made this pattern just bind it as is. I was thinking all along that I'd put a border on it, but after laying it out on my bed I'm thinking it doesn't really need one... I hope to see a picture of what you come up with! I'm leaning toward just a thin strip.

Windblown- It doesn't matter what colors you choose they're all gorgeous! This is a neat, fun pattern that looks great in anything!
