Carriem, great idea for the jellyroll race quilt. I've made a few where I mixed up the sizes of the strips using leftovers from other quilts. I think it looks a lot nicer than the original but I never thought to cut it up again and add sashing. That is definitely an improvement. I'll be stealing this idea for shore.

Love your quilt and doggie pillow. Reading through all of your comments, I will try to finish a quilt top I have ready to put together in layers and quilt. I spend too much time organizing my stash, etc., and not enough time quilting. I have so many projects I would like to begin but the UFO is first. Thanks.

My progress on my 3 UFO's for this month: I completed my 1st item on my list this month. I made 36 disappearing 4-patch batik blocks and mailed them out today. (Again I forgot to Get a pic). I have my 2nd item motorcycle quilt 1/2 way done. The quilt top is made. I just need to quilt the top. When it's done, I will post a pic. The strip quilt is still on my quilting machine. Expect to start quilting on that. This week. Then I can quilt the motorcycle quilt top, and be done.

A while back I asked for help keeping a quilt from becoming a UFO. Thanks to all the suggestions, I have finished the top! Not a completed project yet because it's just a flimsy, but there is plenty of hope for it now :)
