Beautiful UFO finish happylab. Love the colors you used.

I didn't finish a UFO last month, so I need to get two done this month to be back on track. I'm down to mostly big, bed size UFOs.

How long does a project have to "age" to be counted as UFO?

wow happy that sounds like a good bit of work.

I finished the attack cat quilt and beat the jinx. I'm feeling pretty proud of myself at the moment. The quilt is waiting to be washed to get the zixon pen out of it. I hope that's what I'm suppose to do. If I don't write instructions down I forget.

Next is the community quilt and the block of the month -Starflower- for my quilt club. I'm going to be shopping my stash for some really pretty fabric for this block. I think it could be a stunner.
I'm also going to start making the templates for my crazy quilt. I have it all drawn out and I'm excited by what I see.

Playswithcolor: My UFO's are any tops that I haven't worked on in several weeks.

Right now, I'm not even trying to count them because it's too frustrating to try to keep track of how many and what step I am on with each one. I got carried away starting new projects this summer! Lol!

I figure a ufo as anything that I put aside and forgot about. Just joking. Seriously, it's a project for me that I put aside for more than a year. Otherwise it's a work in progress.

The butterfly quilt is still in the closet. And for now it is staying there.

I pulled out my sisters quilt and got another block done and then cut up some strip sets that have been their own UFO and I am using them as leaders and enders so hopefully I might just get a two for one deal out of this. In the time it took me to get all the pieces done for her one block I got 9 of the 9 patches done for the single irish chain. I do like leaders and enders.

Altairss, I like L&E too, but once in awhile they create more UFO's for me...or I don't know when to stop:D

tk, summer is starting to fade, bfly quilt can stay in the closet and emerge next spring...

happylab...beautiful quilt...the chain blocks link the sampler blocks so well...

Still working on my minis...they are UFO'S because I will make random tiny blocks mindlessly sewing away until I am tired of working with 1/2" 4P or HST'S..later I spend time putting them in various settings..have 10 flimsies done, most with backing, batting, and binding cut to get them ready to finish.

One DONE and MANY more to go. I have been taking craftsy classes for FMQ to improve my quilting and get more confidence.

MadQuilter...what a nice gift. That's a great finish.

The attack cat quilt is back. It has holes in the backing. That is one jinxed quilt.
