I like the not your favorite quilt. Which was mentioned earlier, someone will like the quilt. You did a great job quilting the quilt.

I'm working on sewing on Holiday blocks for swap on this site. I'm 1/2 way done, 2 more blocks are cut out, the other block I a debating on. I have 3 more days before I have to mail it out. I completed a mini quilt for October for a swap on this site. I'm still working on the doll quilt for my sister.

I am finally posting a couple of UFO finishes that I have been working on over the past couple of months. The blue spiderweb - I don't remember when I started it, but at least 12 years ago...so long ago that I had a little trouble finding fabric that matched enough to finish the border.

This is a lap sized quilt - a 2013 mystery from Country Threads. I finally quilted it last month.

GD Emily just saw the Spiderweb, she thought the pieces looked like they had waves in them... great circular motion Sherry...

Nice mystery sampler too..

So good to see you last week. :)

Sherry--love the blue spiderwebs!

Thank you everyone! It is so nice to get a few of the languishing UFOs completed. Oksewglad, it was good to see you as well! We had a lovely day visiting and showing off our grandson around C-town. I love the 'peels' for my thread spools that I got and I have the batting cut and kitted up to complete the book panels that I bought. I figured that it would be a good project to take to retreat in a couple of weeks in addition to a couple of quilting projects.

Most spiderwebs I have seen are scrappy but seeing one in a consistent color pattern makes it an impressive quilt! Lovely quilt, Sherry.

Sherry: That blue spiderweb is amazing. Spiderweb is one of my favorites but that constant color really steps it up several notches.
