Lovely finishes, Rob and Krisb.

Both quilts give me ideas...I was just gifted with lots of fall fabric squares...Altairss I can see them in your setting, but may be a maple leaf in the corner. Not sure if I have enough low contrast neutrals to use the first design...Thanks for sharing.

Anything off the UFO pile is a finish, kwiltkrazy...

I like those drapes, I have thought about making some but been chicken it would be fun to try sometime. Oksewglad the star bright pattern is free here http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/quilt...-pattern/67578
and looks good scrappy too. I have seen people change out the star for other items one the second one I moved the star over a bit and made it wonky as I wanted to use scraps and the yellow is reversed for a white star yellow border For the made up pattern I almost put needle turned hearts instead of the bow ties. Would love to see them with a leaf.

Thanks Rob- quite an accomplishment for me.

Such beautiful finishes.

Thanks Altairss- my sister is always asking me to make her something, they have been cut and waiting since june. I was leery of doing them, but they turned out really well for first time. Really learned a lot, next set will be a lot easier.

Everyone is really rocking the finishes with wonderful items! I am not getting any more UFO's done due to making my granddaughter her first big girl quilt. She is 13 now and very into dance. She takes 4 different classes and so I thought I'd share my progress on her quilt. I'm ready to add the borders now. Oh she also plays volleyball, so I had to add a nod to that at her request. :)
It's sideways, but hopefully you can see it ok. I'm especially proud of how I did her dance shoes.

What a lucky girl, wildyard. At least this one is not landing in the UFO pile. There's a positive.
