love the way you divided your darks and lights. Kind of like Trip Around the World, but even more scrappy!
Conchalea, I smiled about your RR comment. It's only understood by regular QB readers, I guess. :-) |

This little wall hanging has been waiting for about two years. The top is done, and all it needs is quilting, which will be by machine. I named it "Meow". It's a surprise for a friend.
Maybe this weekend. I think the Virtual Weekend is the 15th.... |
love them, doesn't it make you feel good to get them finished?

Sewbiz girl, those 2 quilts are beautiful

So, the inventory is:
2 baby quilts, 1 (large) wall hanging, 1 lap quilt, 1 twin and 2 queen size, plus the tumbler WIP. That's not counting the bags of bits and pieces of leftovers from other quilts or the drawers of scraps. I actually finished the lap quilt today, so can stroke that off the list...See how well this thread works? :D Actually, this quilt is for my best friend who has lost over 200 lbs and is going in for surgery to have the excess skin removed and I wanted her to have a lap quilt for when she comes home to recover. Striking quilt, Watson...and so thoughtful. Best of wishes for a successful surgery and recovery for your friend. She should be so proud of herself and her accomplishment.
