Judy: Congratulations on your great finishes!

WMUTeach: Enjoy your Saturday workday.

I revisited my second longest UFO today. (2017?) I have 2 blocks to finish. I have included a picture of the previously completed blocks. It was my first LQS Block of the Month. It was definitely a learning experience and I upgraded my machine early in the classes so I could buy the speciality feet used for the different techniques. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Hopefully, the last 2 blocks will be done by the end of the month.

Good evening everyone, CKCowl, praying for your strength and please take much care of yourself

Judy363905, gorgeous pix of your UFOs, they remind me of my Mom, she would use her extra blocks for bed runners

Thank you for the compliments. I’m planning to make several wall hangings instead of the intended quilt. I saw someone who made wall hangings and then did a wall of them. I’m thinking of hanging them in different spots around my house. I may possibly rotate some of them with each other throughout the year. Now I just need to finish the last 2 blocks. 🙂

Here's the view of my sewing desk today. Slowly chugging forward.

I'd like to officially join this challenge.I actually started beginning of January with with all my swaps to be finished by posting day, and that a box of inherited fabric pieces to be sewn into something usable by the end of January. Then in February I'll start on another box of UFO's.so I'll see how i go.

Cherrybsixty - I can't think of a lovelier story for a quilt - to be loved, cherished, and used like that, and to evoke loving memories of its maker. <3

Welcome, welcome to a good group of quily friends who understand UFOs and how they just seem to mount up when our back is turned. Pictures of progress or pictures of finishes are encouragement for all of us!
