I have been very busy. I sent two quilts off the the quilters. Giant Scrappy Swoon and Pink/Orange Depression Block quilt. I have my Son-In-Law's Red/White/Blue Patriotic quilt almost ready to go to the quilters. I had problems with the borders and had to remove them and start again. I also had problems with the backing. I had to return it. It all pelled the first time I tried to wash it for the backing. It was a mess. I was lucky they took it back. I also started the "Seeing Stars QAL". It's a weekly quilt along found here: http://www.happyquiltingmelissa.com/...-schedule.html It makes up fairly quick seeing as your making the blocks weekly. I'm waiting for the last step to come out. I am ahead right now.

These last two quilts will be the last I send off to the quilter's for the year. I will have to start saving to have quilts quilted next year. I think my goad was to have 8 quilts LA'md this year. And, I think I will meet that goal. Looks like next year is going to have UFO's on it again. I kind of went off grid and made and had several new quilts LA'md. Oh well, I guess I'm not making new UFO's. Right?!! LOL

We'll be heading home on Thursday. Good thing....I have only one more Santa block I brought to work on, which I'll do this week. I finished another one last night. I just love this quilt, so far...

Teen, Good King Wenceslas' is a "Jolly" old fella. So cute!!!

Hahahaha I love your Good King Wenceslas. He lived from 1361 - 1419, had a drinking problem, was deposed as a king and lived in captivity between 1402 and 1403. I love history :D :D :D

Good grief, Anael....you just ruined this quilt for me after learning a drunk and ex-convict will be featured on it. I have family pictures that do the same thing...I don't need this in my quilts, too. Geesh...
