Here is Old Gypsy Santa... Will look better when doll has her hair and face...teddy needs face, too. Only 7 more to go but will have to wait until I get home..

Love your Santa. Is this a kit? Wonderful fabrics.

Great looking Santa!

Aw, Teen, I think Gypsy Santa is a favorite!!! I love his beard. Yes, when all the details are in place, this quilt is going to shine!!

Thank you, ladies....... Blue Bell....This quilt was a BOM several years ago. I picked up 5 Santa kits at a local quilt show. A member decided not to do it and stopped the BOM after 5 mos....so the Santa's shown thus far are kits. I found the patterns for the remaining 7 Santa's and bought them but these will be done with my matching stash as best I can.

Wonderful that you were able to find the remaining Santas. Can't wait to see all of them.

Sharing the completed Gypsy Santa so you can see doll. You'all know how I dislike hand embroidery so I used decorative stitches instead. Love the "heart" mouth...lol...Whatever works...lol... I sewed all the Santa blocks I've shared so it's on to the next Santa.

The doll came to live and Gypsy Santa can see :)
Group shot please?! |
Cleaned entire house since I got home and did some painting touch ups but did spend some time last night to prep applique for the next Santa. I'm working on Kris Kringle block and he is really cool looking. I so want to start on Happy Birds but we are meeting with a real estate agent this week. It's go time!!
What are you guys working on? |
