Ouch! I hate pain pills, and try to not be on more than 1-2 days after sugery, don't like how they make me feel.

For learning Machine Quilting...
I love this system, skill builders. http://www.ericas.com/quilting/tools/skillbuilder.htm
Start with skill builder companion book & panel 1-2-3, and the video. Then move to the next levels. With the video you don't need to take a class.

My health issues are so much more than the birth defect in my hip. I only found out about it in 1997. I use to be a police officer, and I had a lot of pain in my right hip. I thought it was my gun belt sitting on my hips but after seeing an orthopedic surgeon, I found out I have hip dysplasia. It has gotten worse over the years. I also have fibro and nerve damage in my neck and lower back. I'm on 14 different medications. I have other health issues but I don't want to bore you.

Morning,

My husband has many heart problems and a lot of pain every where. He is now under Hospice care and he has tried pain patches, pain pills pain cream and while I was in Wal-Greens picking up some meds, I saw this tube of pain cream that Tylenol has put out called Tylenol Precise and it also comes in patch form. I rub this across his back and shoulders and down his arms and he says it makes the pain more bearable. On second tube already. He also has fentynol pain patches.
It is sure worth the try for you.

I would like to help some one. Been quilting for 20 years but there are always new things out there that I don't know. Would like to offer anything that I do know. Just let me know. Have fun quilting

Hello, just want to say that I have been quilting for several years. I have made quilts just for my family. I started right after I had brain surgery, and that is not a good time to try to teach your self to quilt, I had to take the entire quilt apart. I am much better at it now, but still have lots to learn. I still have a lot of trouble with borders. I am currently looking to find a pattern for my new granddaughter that was just born right before Christmas.
