Red face 3,2,1 cake

1 box of Angel Food (this has to be Angel Food)
1 Box of any flavored Cake Mix of you choice.
Water

Mix both Cake Mixes in plastic gallon Bag and shake.
For individial cakes, 3 tablespoons cake mix, combine 2 tablespoons of water in a cup or glass bowl, and put in microwave for 1 minute. Top with whipped cream or fruit.

Store remaining mix in the bag until you use again. No need to refrigerate since its dry. Very nice for a quick treat.

Remember always use one Angel Food cake. But remember that the Angel Food has eggs whites in it. So this cake cannot be served to anyone allergic to egg whites.

Enjoy

I just happen to have both of those mixes available - I am going to try this one.

I guess you could. But I don't know how much water or baketime.

Thanks for posting the recipe. I had a copy of it, "somewhere safe," and lost it. Thanks to you, it's now in my Favorites!

We made this at our Christian School, and the elementary-age students really enjoyed loved it!! They did the work, and it was fun.

About making larger cakes with this, if you keep the 3 (cake mix) to 2 (water) ratio, you could make any size. Like 3 cups cake mix and 2 cups water, or 3/4 cup cake mix and 2/4 or 1/2 cup water. Haven't tried this, but should work. You have to experiment with time to cook.
