I don't even bring bacon into the house anymore. I cook it, then eat it all myself! I did learn to freeze it after cooking so I wouldn't gobble so much of it down. It freezes well after its cooked. Talk about not having self control!!!

I tried thick mostly crisp bacon dipped in chocolate. My friends and I said "Oh No, that much be awful". except it was the most delicious thing!! I know, first impression is "ewwww", which is what we thought til we tried it.

I sear, brown and fry everything in an electric skillet in the garage. Bacon included. And the bacon grease is saved !

I cook bacon. Then I spread it in layers with a piece of wax paper between layers. Put layers in Zip Lock bags and freeze it. I just take out however much bacon I need and microwave it. Keeps a long time in the freezer.

Bacon is on my favorite foods list right after chocolate! I don't even have bacon around the house any more as I'd eat all of it. Seems like I have a lot of recipes with bacon in it...like even salads! Bacon and Ice cream would be at the top of my food favorites.

I love bacon, but I seem not to make enough. Bake in the oven, but usually gone in a wink.
