I've been wanting to make and try a pumpkin soup. Hubby is skeptical.
Mom got one of those pumpkin pie mixes in a box, like a cheesecake in a box....well...not too bad. Lots of pumpkin pie spice and a smooher texture, almost like pudding. It was good, but I will stick with baked pumpkin pie.
