The best strawberry pie you've ever had!
#1
I came up with this a few years ago out of a craving for a fresh, summer strawberry/berry pie. I promise you'll love it!
People beg me to bring it...anywhere. Picnics, potlucks, parties, showers...
Assemble in this order:
Crust:
2 large premade graham cracker crusts (or make your own)
Filling:
8oz cream cheese
1 small container of marshmallow creme... 8 oz?
1 Container of T. Marzettis Glaze for Strawberries (in the produce section
Fruit:
All strawberry pie: 1 lb/each pie
Mixed berry pie:1lb strawberries + 1 pint blueberries total. Or raspberries... or mix however you'd like.
Slice or quarter the strawberries, dump them all in. I usually put the smaller berries on top, or they get buried.
So:
Prebake the crusts- at 350, just until you can smell it; usually about 10 minutes. Cool.
Split both fillings between 2 pies; put on separately
Whip together and spread on the cream cheese mix
Spread on the glaze
Dump in the berries
Allow to chill in the fridge until your resolution caves and you just have to have some...
Enjoy!
