    Most definitely!!!
Real is always better in all things, isn't it?

A tip on how to eat real cheese and keep the calories lower ..... For cheddar, go for a higher quality older cheddar than you normally would. A little bit gives you the flavour punch, whereas I found that the milder, cheaper cheddars, I would keep wanting more and more and not be able to stop.

I've eaten the same breakfast and lunch for years. Egg toast and bacon with coffee. Lunch is tuna sandwich, chips, and ice tea. Dinner is whatever sounds good with dessert. I've tried various diets over the year but always come back to the same to be happy.
