CHEDDAR MEATLOAF


1-Egg
¾ C. Milk
1-C. Shredded Cheddar cheese
½ C. Quick Oats
½ C. Chopped Onion
1 tsp. Salt
1# hamburger
2/3 C. Ketchup
½ C. packed brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. prepared mustard
½ chopped green pepper

Combine all ingredients, put into a loaf pan.
Cook at 350 for 1 ½ hr. Let stand about 15 min. before serving

I have this recipe and though my DH says he never met a meatloaf he didn't like.....this is his all time favorite. I got this off the B&B site and in her directions she said, divide the meat mixture into 8 tiny loaves. Serve one to family members and two to guests. I always hear.....I'll be your guest tonight!
