Default Christmas Star Bread

My first attempt...I filled it with cream cheese and apricot. My son, who lives 600 miles away, challenges me to bake-offs to keep me occupied while staying safe at home! He was surprised today when I sent him the picture! 😁
Next one will be neater, but this smells and tastes pretty good! Recipe was a mix of several that I found online.

Thank you! I used this recipe, in general. I used a different filling, but this seems ti be adaptable.

I have made this several times with raspberry jam. Oh, so yummy. It takes some patience but is not nearly as hard as it looks. Oh, I am so ready to break off a star leg and enjoy.

That looks so good!! It’s so funny as I pinned a similar recipe on Pinterest yesterday to try - that one was more like a cinnamon roll twisty star bread.
