    Here's a link to the recipe I mentioned in the post about blackberries...it's excellent and super easy. I used blackberries; some were so large I cut them in half. Only mistake I made was that I pushed the berries down into the batter rather than just leaving them on top (as the recipe says to do!). They ended up at the bottom of the cake and some stuck to the pan. But not to fear...the cake was delicious and we ate every crumb.

    This was really good...very tender cake. I might double it next time but use the same amount of berries since our berries are so big. I also want to try it with strawberries. Yum.
