    THIS CAKE IT SCRUMPDILLYICIOUS!

    CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE

    1 1/2 CUPS BUTTER, SOFTENED
1 (8 OZ.) PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    3 CUPS SUGAR
    6 LARGE EGGS
    3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    DASH OF SALT
    1 1/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT

Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed for 2 minutes or until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears.

Combine flour and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating at low speed until blended. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.

    Enjoy :)
