Default Crock Pot Lasagna - serves 6

    Ground beef - 1 pound
    Onion - 1 large chopped
Green pepper - 1 medium chopped
1 jar Ragu Garden Spaghetti Sauce (any flavor works)
Part skim mozzarella cheese - 4 cups shredded
    4% cottage cheese - 1.5 cups
Italian seasoning - 1 Tblsp - be generous
    Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
    Salt - 1/2 tsp.
    Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
4 lasagna noodles - the “no cook” kind

Brown meat with onion and green pepper. Add spaghetti sauce, heat through. Spread 1/4 in ungreased 5 qt crockpot. Arrange 1/3 of dry noodles over sauce. Break them if necessary. Mix both cheeses with seasonings and spoon 1/3 over noodles. Repeat 2x. Finish with remaining meat sauce on top. Cover & cook on low for 4-5 hours or noodles are tender.

Can use crockpot liner, then lift out - place in cake pan and dish up servings onto warm plates.

Nativetexan they are non-boiling noodles. They are in the same aisle as the regular lasagna noodle. I've tried them and I didn't like them. They ones I've seen don't have the wavy edge to them.

Any lasagna pasta should work, just increase the liquid by about half (add half a jar of water using the jar the pasta sauce came in)
If at the end of cooking your dish is too soupy, just cook without the lid...
As you can tell I'm a very lazy cook....
