Ours figs are starting to come in, decided to try Ball instant fruit pectin. I usually use raspberries or strawberries with the figs, but they are exeptionaly tasty this time. I like bigger pieces in my jam. Just three ingredients- figs, sugar or substitue and the pectin, stir 3 mins., jar and let stand 30 mins. refrigerate up to 3 wks or freeze 1yr. Had 3 jars , but we have already sampled one on hot buttered biscuits(homemade). Oh, my stars in heaven!

like to use biscuit cutter to chop with!

YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never had a fresh fig before....just thedried ones. Your jam looks really good!

Those look delicious, I've made them before but used the recipe that you have to cook. That looks easier. Most definatly have to have a (HOMEMADE) biscuit!!
