Default Grilled Shrimp

What have you used on your shrimp before putting them on the grill?

My DH just bastes them with butter on the grill - sometimes it has some white wine in the butter or a bit of garlic. But he doesn't marinate them.

We just do butter mixed with a tad of lemon juice. Seasoning is just garlic, and a sprinkle of Poltatch. Less is more for us when it comes to shrimp.

I marinate almost everything with Italian salad dressing - quick, easy, flavorful!

We season with pepper and garlic. maybe some paprika, red pepper, and Italian seasoning. Trick is to use 2 skewers for "kabobs". It makes it easier to turn over. Served with drawn butter! Oh, my! Now I need to go to the seafood market!

If you like Mexican, with Taco Seasoning Mix; really good!
