I got HOOKED on rasberry hot chocolate a few years ago. last year- couldn't find it anywhere. Was in the WORLD MARKET store- they sell flavored bottles of syrup.I just add a little RASBERRY syrup to my drink & I'm in heaven!!!LOL!! Someone told me they sell extracts the same way(less sugar?) but haven't come accross my flavor, yet!

not really a recipe more of am add on.
my husband and granddaughters like to use the food processor to chop up candy canes and add to there chocolate. makes a mint hot chocolate. Last year my DDGD accidently chopped up strawberry candy canes. It was really good- just like eating chocolate covered strawberries. She can't wait to try other flavors this year.

The single serve recipe on the Hershey's cocoa box is good though a bit strong. There is also a 6 serving one.
Single: 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa, (dash salt can be omitted) 1 cup milk, 1/4 teasp vanilla. Sometimes use soy milk and vanilla ice cream can be substituted for part of the milk. Add any flavoring.

I just copied this recipe for a sugar-free hot chocolate mix from Food.com so I haven't tried it yet but am going to get the stuff to make it today. Think my two grandkids will like this on a chilly morning before they go to school.
Sugar-Free-Fat-Free Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Mix
3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup Splenda Suagar substitute
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 (40 g)packages fat-free instanat chocolate pudding mix
(jello brand)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and place in an airtight container.
2. To make hot chocolate, use 1/4 cup mix and 1 cup hot water
3. Number of servings: 18
