Does anyone have a good recipe for Lemon Bars? The kind with a lemon filling and a crust like pie crust, dusted with powered sugar or with frosting.
My DH wants them (just like the kind he had at the family owned resturant - I wasn't with him).

I do have one I have to look for it is is just as you describe and an old recipe.

Lemon Squares
Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter softened
½ cup powdered sugar
Cut with pastry blender. Pack firmly into 9x13 pan, greased. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
dash of salt
juice of 2 lemons
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Beat eggs and add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into egg mixture. Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
