thank you for your reply..... that is the one.... I thought there might have been something sprayed on to them, so will just use a small amount of olive oil to stop them from sticking.... had a couple at the weekend and they were beautiful... rang the host and found out that she didn't have the phone number of the woman who brought them.... and no surname either....
