    This sounds great but is there an easy way to measure peanut butter?

    I use the water method. Start with a half cup of water then spoon in the peanut butter to level you need plus that half cup. Then pour off the water and the peanut butter won't stick to the cup very much. It works with shortening too.

    I've been looking for gluten-free recipes...I guess this one fits the bill too.
