This recipe sounds soooo good.....funny thing is my DH said just yesterday that he would love to have a blueberry pie....and we have some ready to pick.....

WoW..thank you for sharing this. Just 6 months back I tasted blueberry pie for the first time in my life and I absolutely loved it and have become it's big fan. I would love to try this out. Going through your list of ingredients I noticed I will get everything here in India but I have never heard of corn starch. Could you tell me what is corn starch? And if I dont find it is it ok If I skip it. Thanks for the info. xoxo Shikha

Welcome from northern New York. Cornstarch is used for a thickner. If you don't have it, try something you would use in India. Don't just leave it out because your berries and juice will not thicken. Good luck

Thank you for your reply. I went to my grocery store and found it. He also told me it is used in a lot of sweets to thicken them. But as I never had heard the word so thought they won't be available. xoxo Shikha
