We've been drinking the root beer. It's good! The yeast worked very nicely to make it all super fizzy and give the root beer a nice head. I'm going to keep tweaking the recipe. The DH says he doesn't like the star anise in it. I would like to make the ginger bug work better. I must have done something wrong when I made the bug. It was fizzy, then it wasn't.
