While I really like the sound of the wrapped pickles I do have 2 Xmas parties needing casserole so I think I am going with the meatballs. The pickles can stay at home during Christmas or New Year dinners

Super easy and so good!!
Corn/Cheese/Macaroni
1 can regular corn
1can cream of corn
1 C. Milk
1 C. Macaroni-uncooked
1 stick butter/or oleo
1 C. Cubed velveta
Spray a 9X13" pan with Pam. Place the ingredients and do not drain the cans of corn. Stir. Cover with foil. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover, stir and bake another 30 min uncovered. This week I thn placed it in a slow cooker and took to our quilt guild dinner. Everyone loved it.

we always loved the taco salad. meat. lettuce. maters. etc all layered in a deep bowl or even a glass 9x13 cake pan. you can use refried beans, olives, sour cream what ever you find tasty. or a broccili cauliflower salad. ummm has bacon in it ad is fresh and healthy and so good. hot homemade broccali and rice. ham and scalloped potatoes are always a hit

Jen's Chocolate Cherry Dump Cake
http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,176,...240198,00.html

It's called dump cake because you just dump all the ingredients in your cake pan, you don't even mix!

I've taken it to two church potlucks--people raved, and I didn't come home with any.

If you HAVE to, you can also serve it with ice cream. I had it that way last night, liked it... but I liked it better without!

I bet people would appreciate something that is not full of sugar. So many people need to avoid it for their health and it is everywhere!
