Default Need Recipes For Fresh Red Currants

I have a currant bush that I planted 4, or 5 years ago. It struggled for a few years, but now, it's growing like crazy and has currant berries on it. Yeah!!! So, what do I do with fresh currants? Anyone have a family recipe? I have about 6, or 7 cups of them, with more on the way. Thanks.

Red currant jam with just a touch of almond extract. People that I've given jars to in the past always ask "Are you making some again this year? Remember me!"

Ooohhh...I like the idea of using almond extract. I have some homemade extract that I made from my own, homegrown almonds. My family would love that. Geesh...sometimes I'm such a back-to-the-lander...or maybe I'm just cheap...I'm not sure which.
